Arris NoDa

Arris NoDa Apartments is a multifamily community currently under construction near Charlotte, North Carolina’s vibrant NoDa neighborhood. The apartment community will consist of 276 one and two-bedroom garden-style apartments across five buildings, with surface parking, common amenities, a clubhouse, courtyard, and pool area. Arris Noda is being executed with modular construction methods by setting pods that are completely constructed in a local factory and shipped to the project for erection.
