Towngate III & IV

Standing tall on the upper cusp of Old Town Alexandria, Towngate offers two ideally-located condominium buildings adjacent to the George Washington Memorial Parkway and Mount Vernon Trail. The existing office buildings were remade into 81 innovative one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium residences.
