Oakville Triangle

Oakville Triangle was a group of underutilized industrial properties between an existing park and a new transit-way in Alexandria, VA, less than ¼ of a mile from the proposed new Potomac Yards Metro Station. The completed development converted the industrial properties into a mixed-use neighborhood center, including a 93,000 SF Inova HealthPlex, ground floor retail, townhomes, and residential towers.
