Our complex urban developments are formed with a vision for dynamic living, working, and shopping environments, a commitment to sustainable planning and design, and consideration for mass transportation. FDG provides expertise in land acquisition, entitlements, financing/equity sourcing, design development, construction and development management, and predevelopment of residential and mixed-use projects. Currently, FDG has approximately 900 residential units and 30,000 square feet of retail space in design and development.

Felice Development Group can provide a full turn-key construction and design management service and experience to all of its clients. Whether it is a full scope of service (site evaluation, feasibility studies, design development, entitlement, permitting or construction oversight) or partial scopes, we can compile the best team and resources needed to execute your needs.
FDG and its members have over 25 years of construction experience in the DC Metro region on a wide array of construction projects and types. Currently, FDG manages over 1,800 residential units in construction. We’re confident we can structure a program that meets your needs.
