Coppermine Commons

Coppermine Commons is an office-to-residential redevelopment near the Innovation Center Metro station in Herndon, Virginia. The redevelopment will utilize vacant office space to create new housing opportunities, including 98 townhomes, 12 of which will be available as affordable housing.

With approximately 35% of the property planned for open space, Coppermine Commons will have a .3-acre park featuring seating, a playground, and a bocce court open to the public. The completed development will also include 282 parking spaces. Offering much-needed new housing, Coppermine Commons is expected to be a welcome addition to the area’s housing supply.
