The N4 parcel at Pearl Street and 425 Beaver Street is part of the mixed-use, phased Pearl Square development that is set to transform Jacksonville’s Downtown area into a vibrant residential and retail district. Pearl Square is a seven-block development nestled in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville’s North Core neighborhood, featuring more than 1,250 new residential units, a boutique hotel, approximately 200,000 square feet of retail space, and more than an acre of vibrant new public spaces, including parks, widened sidewalks, and a signature curbless festival street.
N4 will be a seven-story multifamily building that will offer 286 residential apartments as well as retail space and a pedestrian-friendly design. Amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, club room, courtyard, and spa pool.
